** We have been appointed to work exclusively for a publicly traded technology and infrastructure company listed on the NYSE.If you have 10 years + experience in transactional work and securities law ideally obtained at a Law firm then keep reading.
** Requirements:
*** Juris Doctorate degree from a respected U.S. law school with strong
* Knowledge of registered securities offerings, PIPE’s, APO’s and SEC regulations, 1933 Act registration statement
* Experience with private mergers & acquisitions, secured lending, divestitures including spinoffs, special purpose entities, corporate governance, tender offers and going private transactions as well as general corporate law required
