Associate General Counsel | Investment Management

Seeking a highly capable and motivated Associate General Counsel to serve as a key legal advisor supporting a broad range of matters across the firm’s U.S. registered and unregistered investment products. This role provides strategic legal guidance for fund formation, regulatory compliance, product development, and governance activities, while also supporting private equity secondaries transactions and general corporate matters. The Associate General Counsel will work closely with senior leadership, portfolio managers, product teams, and the Board to help drive successful business execution in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• 6–8 years of legal experience in the investment management sector, preferably within a law firm or asset management firm.
• Deep knowledge of:
  Investment Company Act of 1940 | Securities Act of 1933 | Securities Exchange Act of 1934 | Investment Advisers Act of 1940 | Applicable FINRA and SEC rules
• Proven experience with registered fund products (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, interval funds) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with C-suite executives, senior leadership, external counsel, and Board members.
• Proactive, business-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and execution.
• J.D. from an accredited law school; member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
