Fiduciary Trust & Estate Paralegal
Compensation: $100K - $185K+ DOE
Our global law firm client needs to add an experienced T&E paralegal with fiduciary knowledge and experience gathering and assisting with the preparation of Form 706s and Form 1041 accounts. The ideal candidate will join a solid team of experienced attorneys, tax professionals, and paralegals in supporting high-net-worth clients. Our client is offering a generous base salary, excellent benefits and much more.

- Assist with the gathering and preparation of Form 706 estate tax returns and Form 1041 fiduciary income tax returns and related accounts.
- Support attorneys and tax professionals in the administration and reporting for high-net-worth estates and trusts.
- Coordinate with clients and other professionals to obtain necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with applicable laws and firm standards.
- Experience as a paralegal in fiduciary, trust and estate matters, including familiarity with Form 706 and Form 1041 processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and research skills; professional demeanor and work ethic.
- Ability to work within a team of attorneys, tax professionals, and other paralegals to support high-net-worth clients.
