An established and growing law firm seeks a Transactional Corporate Attorney to support a busy corporate practice. The role involves advising on mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock transactions, transaction documentation, due diligence, and related corporate matters. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple transactions while working closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Transactional Corporate Attorney Qualifications- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice
- 1-2+ years of experience at a law firm with a focus on corporate, transactional, or M&A work
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a high-volume practice
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Competitive salary ranging from $140K-$275K+
