Our esteemed law firm is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Permanent Associate for our Intellectual Property Litigation team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who is passionate about intellectual property law and has a strong background in patent litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling high-stakes intellectual property disputes, including patent, trade, and ITC matters.

As a Permanent Associate - Litigation - Intellectual Property Litigation, you will be expected to:

• Handle a wide variety of patent, trade, and ITC litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare and argue motions in federal court.
• Represent clients before the federal circuit and appeal board.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Develop case strategies and manage client relationships.
• Provide legal advice to clients on intellectual property rights.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
• Stay current on developments in intellectual property law and share knowledge with team members.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a particular focus on patent litigation.
• Strong technical background in engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience representing clients before the federal circuit and appeal board.
• Familiarity with ITC litigation.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
