Boutique New York metropolitan-area corporate law is seeking seasoned and entrepreneurial-spirited corporate attorney to join our M&A-focused corporate practice group as lateral partner.

Martin LLP is a boutique corporate law firm with a growing practice in the New York metropolitan area. We are a focused team of highly experienced, senior lawyers from large international law firms who practice in a setting that enables us to deliver personalized, highly responsive client service.

We are a highly collaborative group with team members who support one another. Our matters are interesting and complex and we regularly act opposite the largest law firms in the country. Each of our attorneys focuses their practice in one of corporate/ M&A transactions, debt finance transactions, commercial real estate transactions or commercial litigation.

Our Corporate/M&A practice engages in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities, growth equity and venture capital transactions on behalf of sophisticated operating companies, private equity sponsors along with banks and direct lenders, across a wide range of industries in the lower middle market across the country and cross border.

  Extensive and focused experience leading sophisticated general corporate and M&A transactions described above.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit and Collaborative Approach: A desire to develop business and contribute to the growth and development of the firm, coupled with a collaborative approach to working with other partners and associates.
• Significant Portable Book of Business: Existing book of business plus a demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients, with a focus on operating companies, independent sponsors, private equity funds and other participants in the lower middle market.
