- Provide counsel and support in estate litigation matters, including contested wills, trusts, and related fiduciary disputes.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts
, focusing on complex Trust & Estates issues. - Draft legal memoranda, motions, petitions, and related documents.
- Engage in oral arguments
, depositions
, and discovery
. - Work with clients to manage estate and trust disputes, providing both strategic and tactical legal advice.
- Review and analyze estate planning documents and their validity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless case management.

- 3-5 years of experience in Trust & Estates or Commercial Litigation
. - Strong writing and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of estate planning and administration strategies is a plus.
- Experience working with business entities
. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to solving complex legal problems.
