Midlevel IP Litigation Associate

We have an exciting confidential search with a full-service midsize firm.

If you have at least three years of law firm experience doing IP Litigation, this could be a great role for you. The role is targeting attorneys who have a science background (examples: computer science, physics, and electrical engineering)

• Work will be expansive and include patent, trade secrets, copyright, and trademark
• Clients span a wide-range of industries such as media, life sciences, finance, and high-end technology
• Advise on portfolio development and licensing deals in addition to traditional litigation
• Familiarity with state, federal, and U.S. Patent office proceedings is required
• 1800 billable hours for competitive salary and bonus structure
