I’m working with a premier New York real estate law firm seeking to add an experienced Transactional Associate to its growing team.

This role is ideal for an associate with 4+ years of leasing and broader transactional real estate experience who wants to work on high-profile, sophisticated matters for some of the most well-known and respected clients in the New York and national real estate market.

The firm is deeply involved in complex, cutting-edge transactions and offers associates significant responsibility, meaningful client exposure, and a clear path for professional growth.

• Hands‑on involvement in sophisticated leasing and real estate transactions
• Exposure to marquee clients across the New York real estate community
• A genuinely supportive environment that encourages business development
• Opportunities to mentor junior associates and take on leadership responsibility

• 4+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience, with a focus on leasing
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent judgment, drafting, and communication skills
• Admission to the New York State Bar

• Base salary range of $200,000–$225,000, commensurate with experience
