- You will advise on the tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, cross-border financings, restructurings, reorganizations, and spinoffs.
- This group is collegial, collaborative, and down-to-earth.
- The firm hires with the intent of elevating associates to partner – partnership discussions are held at around the 7th/8th year.
- Associates annualize hours.
- Hybrid arrangement.
- Prior tax experience at a law firm as an attorney is required.
