Eden Rose is partnering with a Top 100 Law Firm on hiring multiple tax associates for their team in NYC.

They are seeking a talented M&A Tax Associate with between 3–6 years’ experience to advise on high-profile corporate transactions for major private equity sponsors, public companies, and strategic buyers across industries.

Responsibilities

Advise on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and private equity transactions.
Provide structuring advice for cross-border and domestic deals.
Draft and negotiate tax provisions in transaction documents.
Collaborate with corporate/M&A teams and other practice groups to deliver integrated deal advice.
Research and analyze federal, state, and international tax issues impacting transactions.
