We are partnering with a prestigious, internationally recognized law firm ranked among the Global Top 50 to identify a Senior Billing Specialist for its high-performing Revenue Management team in New York City.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal billing professional to work in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment supporting complex client billing while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule.
Location: Candidates must be based in the NYC area or within a reasonable commuting distance
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full billing lifecycle, from pre-bill review through final invoice submission, utilizing Aderant and Pre-Bill Viewer
- Prepare and submit complex electronic bills and accruals through platforms such as eBilling
Hub and Bill Blast - Partner closely with attorneys and legal support teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely billing
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
- Support a high volume of sophisticated billing matters while maintaining consistency with client guidelines and firm policies
- 3+ years of legal billing experience within a law firm environment, ideally Am Law 100/200
- Strong working knowledge of Aderant or Elite, Pre-Bill Viewer, eBilling platforms (eBilling
Hub/Bill Blast), and Concur - Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative professional who performs well in a deadline-driven setting
