Conflicts Analyst

Our client is a prestigious national law firm with headquarters in NYC. They are seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days at their office in Midtown, Manhattan.

• Assist firm in identifying and resolving conflicts of interest
• Coordinate opening of new matters and new business reviews
• Perform research in internal and external databases
• Coordinate and track engagement letters and waivers
• Update and maintain records in internal database
• Salary Range: $80-100k annually, based on experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years’ Conflicts experience at a mid-size or larger law firm
• Experienced with Conflicts Management systems
• Tech savvy and confident in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong research skills and ability to comb through internet databases, public filings, and other sources
• Dedicated to detail, with excellent communication and organizational skills
