Corporate Attorney | Finance, M&A, Funds & Transactions – Associate, Counsel & Partner-Level Roles

Locations: New York, DC, Chicago, Houston + remote-capable roles

A premier legal platform is actively hiring transactional attorneys at the associate, counsel, and partner levels to support a growing roster of high-profile clients. These roles offer elite deal flow, cross-border exposure, and collaborative teams in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Practice Areas of Interest

Finance (Acquisition, Structured, ABL) – Debt financing, CLOs, intercreditor agreements
Private Funds – Formation, structuring, and capital raising across asset classes
Energy & Infrastructure – Project finance and Latin America-facing development deals
Global Transactions – Cross-border M&A, international regulatory compliance, joint ventures
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents (contracts, operating agreements, fund docs, credit agreements)
Manage M&A and finance transactions from diligence through closing
Advise clients on entity structuring, risk, and regulatory matters
Work closely with cross-functional legal teams and external stakeholders
For senior attorneys: lead negotiations, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development
JD from an accredited law school
3–8+ years (Associate/Counsel) of experience in corporate, finance, funds, or M&A practice, 8+ Partner Level
Strong drafting, analytical, and deal management skills
Comfortable interfacing directly with clients, investors, or counter parties
(For partners) Portable book of business preferred, but not always required
