Overview

A full-service law firm with over 50 years of experience, offering personalized legal solutions across diverse practice areas including trusts & estates, business law, and litigation, with offices in New York, Long Island, and New Jersey.

• Client Consultations:
  Meet with clients to assess their estate planning needs, discuss goals, and provide tailored legal advice on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Document Drafting:
  Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, charitable trusts, and other legal instruments.
• Tax Planning:
  Advise clients on federal and state tax implications of estate plans, including strategies to minimize estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
• Trust and Estate Administration:
  Assist with trust administration, including asset distribution, trust funding, and compliance with fiduciary duties.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in New York and in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and estates law

$140-220k+ depending on experience
