Paralegal at The Phoenix Group

Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in NYC. The role involves supporting attorneys with legal documentation, case management, legal research, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and interrogatories, ensuring timely filing according to court rules.

Support case management by organizing physical and electronic files and databases.

Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.

Assist with routine correspondence with clients and third parties.

Help in trial preparation, including exhibits and court logistics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate degree required;
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.

At least four years of paralegal experience.

Strong project management and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in transactional law, real estate, corporate law, environmental, or regulatory matters is a plus.
