• Be proficient in negotiating settlements with adjusters & attorneys.
• Oversee and coordinate the workflow of paralegals and support staff.
• Monitor case progress and send timely reminders to support staff, ensuring that assignments are completed on schedule and key milestones are achieved.
• Support paralegals by identifying and resolving obstacles that may impede task completion.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing them with updates and guidance.

• Strong background in Law, with a focus on Personal Injury and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and advocacy for clients
• Proven Negotiation skills, including the ability to liaise with insurance companies and other parties to secure favorable outcomes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective client relationships
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a member in good standing of the New York State Bar
• Experience in personal injury litigation or similar legal fields is preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively
