A well-established, independent mid-sized CPA firm headquartered in New York City is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to join its leadership team due to continued growth and increased client demand.

This is a capacity-driven opportunity, not a replacement role. The firm has more work than existing partners can support and is looking to add a senior tax leader to help manage, advise, and deepen relationships across an existing client base. No business development is required.

With a 40+ year legacy, the firm is intentionally independent with no private equity involvement—now or in the future. It combines the resources of a larger firm with the personalized, relationship-driven culture of a boutique practice.
