Top Tier National Law Firm seeking a Tax Associate Attorney with 5-10 years of tax experience to join our national practice. This role supports federal, state, and international tax law for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises at all development stages. The team collaborates across departments on transactions and tax planning matters.

Note:

The description includes responsibilities implied by the practice areas above. Specific tasks may include advising on tax structuring for domestic and international transactions and supporting technology transfers, licensing and collaboration agreements, and equity financings. The team also works with M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance-related tax matters.

• Minimum 5 years of tax experience; 10 years maximum.
• Experience at a LARGE law firm preferred; lateral candidates only from the same practice group.
• JD Education required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates may sit in Palo Alto, New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Seattle, or San Diego offices.

• Salary range of $365,000 – $435,000, based on year classification.
