• Coordinate with outside counsel and consultants on foreign fund registrations and distribution arrangements
• Draft fund offering documents including country-specific supplements, and managing version control and translations
• Respond to due diligence and anti-money-laundering requests
• Review marketing materials for compliance with competing regulatory standards
• Prepare electronic and printed board materials for quarterly meetings of foreign funds and international affiliates
• Execute routine international regulatory filings
• Oversee electronic and paper document management

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of paralegal experience at a law firm focused on corporate or finance clients
• Exposure to fund, investment management, or regulatory experience
• Paralegal experience at an international firm a plus
• Strong research skills
• Strong oral, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
