Job Description- Lead and manage complex commercial real estate and multifamily transactions from start to close
- Play a central role in acquisitions, dispositions, development deals, joint ventures, and financings
- Draft, negotiate, and review core transaction documents and closing materials
- Supervise junior associates and coordinate deal teams efficiently
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and outside counsel
- 3+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience
- Meaningful exposure to multifamily, development, or financing transactions
- Experience “running a deal” or taking ownership of transaction workflows
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and issue‑spotting skills
- Licensed to practice law in New York
