. They are seeking a mid-level associate from Class to do a mix of standalone and transactional support work. The group's client base is heavily tech-focused (big tech giants, start-ups, scale ups).
The practice is recognized in The Legal 500 U.S. rankings. Notably, you will be working with partners regarded as some of the best in the market. The team is collegial and highly collaborative, with significant partner and counsel exposure and mentorship.
QualificationsYou should have a strong academic record with a JD from a top law school. Your experience must be from a peer law firm.
LocationThis position is open to Silicon Valley/San Francisco/New York.
Important noteThis position is not open to law graduates. Prior law firm experience or judicial clerkship experience is essential.
