A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Private Client Services Associate to join its nationally recognized practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working on high-net-worth matters in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
This group advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses on complex estate and gift planning, transfer tax, income tax, real estate, succession planning, and family governance.
Responsibilities- Draft and implement advanced estate planning structures.
- Advise on transfer tax and related income tax matters.
- Support family office and multigenerational planning initiatives.
- Assist with business and wealth strategies.
- Exposure to international planning is a plus, but not required.
- JD with 2–5+ years of experience servicing high net worth individuals, trusts/estates, private client services.
- LLM in taxation preferred.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
