Location: New York
Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their Real Estate practice in New York, NY.
Annual Salary Range: $260,000 to $365,000
- Position is bonus eligible
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate in a law firm setting.
- Experience with acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing transactions.
- Familiarity with the full life-cycle of a transaction and able to review and comment on loan documents, purchase agreements, and leases.
- Must be admitted or eligible for admission in New York.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
