Client Intake & Sales Support
- Communicate regularly with prospective and existing clients to gather information and explain next steps
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, consultations, and follow‑ups
- Build rapport with clients and guide them through the intake and onboarding process
- Follow up with leads, clients, and referral sources to ensure engagement and conversion
- Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, courts, and outside vendors
- Provide status updates to clients and ensure clear, professional communication
- Schedule consultations, meetings, court dates, and client appointments
- Draft, review, and organize legal‑related correspondence and documentation
- Maintain accurate client files and records
- Track documentation and follow up to ensure timely responses from clients and third parties
- Assist attorneys with case‑related coordination and preparation
- Support day‑to‑day administrative and operational needs of the firm
- Ensure smooth handoff of clients from intake through legal processing
- Prior experience in legal intake, sales, client relations, or a law firm environment preferred
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with clients throughout the day
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow‑up habits
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced office
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management or CRM systems is a plus
