A leading global law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of experience in complex real estate transactions. This role offers the chance to work on high‑value matters across the U.S. and internationally.

• Support and lead joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate M&A
• Handle construction, mortgage, and mezzanine financings
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices
• Work directly with sophisticated clients in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, data centers, industrial, mixed‑use, and more

• Minimum three years of relevant real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Business‑minded approach to real estate investing
• Experience with private equity, investment funds, REITs, financial institutions, or institutional investors is a plus

• Exposure to major, multi‑jurisdictional real estate matters
