Responsibilities:- Draft and review real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents.
- Assist in due diligence, title and survey review, and regulatory research.
- Coordinate real estate closings and ensure proper documentation.
- Communicate with clients, title companies, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain organized client files and assist attorneys with transactional support.
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of commercial real estate experience.
- Strong understanding of real estate law and documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
