Our client, a well-established midtown Manhattan law firm with a nationally recognized securities practice, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Corporate Associate with 1–5 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to deepen their transactional skill set while working in a hybrid schedule within a collaborative, high‑performing team.

The firm offers a competitive compensation package, including bonuses and the potential to earn origination credit for new business.

• Knowledge with registered securities offerings, PIPEs, SEC regulations, ’33 Act Registration Statements, and ’34 Act periodic filings, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate law and SEC research
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with regulatory requirements and compliance issues
• Self‑motivated and proactive approach to managing client relationships: must be invested in our clients and deeply committed to obtaining the best possible outcome for them
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and exemplary attention to detail
• 1+ years of substantive legal experience working for high‑growth, early‑stage businesses and active investors in connection with in corporations, equity financings, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling

NYS Bar Certificate

Salary Range:
Low: $150,000 – High: $245,000
