Candidate will have the following: 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent);
Substantial engagement with financial and transactional matters, governance, and business planning. Stellar academic credentials:
College degree and/or paralegal certificate required;
Keen working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
Strong research, verbal & written communication skills required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing & maintaining corporate records.
- Providing support as needed.
- Assisting with transactions like mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
