Duties:

• Represent borrowers and lenders in real estate finance transactions.
• Assist in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate properties.
• Work on joint ventures and partnership structures related to real estate investments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on structuring real estate deals to maximize client outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on complex transactions.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in real estate law and market trends.

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
• Prior experience working with borrowers and lenders in real estate finance is essential.
• Strong academic background from a prestigious law school.
• Experience at a top-tier law firm preferred.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the state where the office is located.

Skills:

• Expertise in real estate finance, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
