Corporate Tax Attorney Associate

A Vault 10 firm's Band 1 Corporate Tax group is looking to add a mid-level associate to its busy group. This group works closely with the firm's elite corporate and real estate groups to offer clients the full spectrum of deal and fund capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-6 years of experience representing clients on private funds, real estate, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity deals, including IPOs, restructurings, and capital markets offerings
• Experience collaborating with other groups on large, complex transactions of different kinds
• Excellent academic credentials (top law school, grades)

This is an opportunity to work in one of the premier tax groups in the world, with the biggest clients, and on the most noteworthy deals (the group usually works on a handful of "Impact Deals of the Year").
