Structured Finance - Associate

The New York office of Alston & Bird is seeking a Finance associate with 4-6 years’ experience. Successful candidates will have experience advising on repurchase and warehouse facilities, syndicated lines of credit, securitizations, and other secured finance transactions. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex structured financing and securitization documentations, including repurchase agreements, credit agreements, pooling and servicing agreements, private placement memoranda, indentures, offering materials, and intercreditor arrangements.

An in depth understanding of the financing structures supporting mortgage and asset-backed platforms, and related servicing and collateral issues is strongly preferred. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills. The salary range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000 and represents the Firm's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at this time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and locations. This range is specific to our New York City office and may not be applicable to other locations.
