Location: New York
Partner/Counsel - General Liability (Portable Book Not Required)
Prominent national law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney for an Of Counsel or Partner role for their New York City office. A book of business is NOT required.
Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in any of these practice areas:
General Liability, Construction/NY Labor Law, Transportation, Coverage, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Habitability, Professional Liability, Municipal, Medical Malpractice, Auto, Employment, Workers' Compensation, Product Liability, Toxic Tort/Environmental, Insurance Defense.
- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in NY & NJ.
Base salary up to $200,000 + Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid work schedule
