This role is based on‑site in New York City, working closely with a high‑performing corporate team in a dynamic office environment.
NoteThis position requires junior‑level large law firm corporate experience and New York bar admission or eligibility to waive in.

They are deeply embedded in the startup ecosystem and known for their practical, forward‑thinking legal counsel and collaborative culture.
Job Description- Advise emerging growth companies and venture‑backed startups throughout their lifecycle
- Support venture capital and growth equity financings on both company‑side and investor‑side deals
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions involving high‑growth technology and life sciences companies
- Work directly with founders, CEOs, boards of directors, and venture fund partners
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on sophisticated, fast‑moving transactions
- JD earned in 2023 or 2024
- Prior large law firm corporate experience
- Experience with M&A, venture capital financings, or growth equity transactions
- Admitted to the New York bar or eligible to waive in
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in startups, venture capital, and innovative businesses
- Entrepreneurial culture that values collaboration over internal competition
- Steep learning curve with real responsibility and client access early on
- Clear investment in attorney development, training, and long‑term growth
- Exposure to cutting‑edge companies and transformative industries
