Holland & Knight’s Real Estate practice is seeking an associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling complex commercial real‑estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and financings.
ResponsibilitiesManaging sophisticated transactions from inception to closing; drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture documents, and financing instruments; and coordinating due diligence across title, survey, zoning, environmental, and corporate matters.
Qualifications- 3-5 years of complex commercial real‑estate transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.

Pay Range (New York)In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $260,000 - $365,000. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual’s actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
