Base pay range
$/yr - $/yr
RESPONSIBILITIES- This associate will handle all matters including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), rated note feeders, asset‑backed commercial paper conduit programs, whole‑business securitizations, telecom and receivable securitizations, consumer and student loan facilities, and other securitization, structured products and lending transactions.
- 4-6+ years of experience in Fund Finance
- Active New York bar
- Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law school
- A high level of professionalism in working and engaging with demanding clients
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, be highly organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
