Our client, a highly regarded New York City law firm with one of the city’s top commercial real estate practices, is seeking a mid‑level transactional real estate associate to join its expanding group immediately or in 2026.
Key Requirements:- J.D. from a top‑tier or strong law school with excellent academic credentials
- 3–7 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience from a peer AmLaw 200, large regional, or well‑known New York real estate firm
- Direct experience handling acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, debt and equity financing (borrower and lender side), commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial), and development/redevelopment projects
- Experience with luxury condo/hotel projects, ground leases, 1031 exchanges, or opportunity zones is a plus
- Proven ability to run deals with appropriate supervision and strong client interaction skills
The firm can accommodate an immediate start for candidates who are currently available or wish to move quickly, as well as any start date throughout 2026 (including candidates currently providing notice for 2025 year‑end bonuses). Please indicate your preferred timing when applying.
