We are assisting a long-time client, a midsize New York City law firm, in its search for an experienced Trusts & Estates associate to join its busy and well-established private client group.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families
, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and other advanced estate planning instruments. Experience advising on gift and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies is strongly preferred. An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, contribute meaningfully to complex planning matters, and collaborate closely with partners on sophisticated strategies for wealth transfer and preservation. - Provide estate planning services for high-net-worth individuals and families, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related instruments.
