Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

We are assisting a long-time client, a midsize New York City law firm, in its search for an experienced Trusts & Estates associate to join its busy and well-established private client group.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families
, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and other advanced estate planning instruments. Experience advising on gift and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies is strongly preferred. An LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required.

• Provide estate planning services for high-net-worth individuals and families, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related instruments.

• At least five years of experience in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
