Job Description

Corporate paralegals support the Corporate Legal and Compliance teams and work closely on Board‑level and high‑visibility projects. Core responsibilities include preparing corporate governance documents, coordinating logistics for quarterly Board and annual owner meetings, assisting in mergers & acquisitions and major refinancing activities, conducting legal research, supporting senior lawyers with litigation and investigation matters, and coordinating progress on cross‑functional initiatives. Corporate paralegals also work with independent auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews and assist with related corporate governance functions.

They collaborate with attorneys across corporate, benefits, employment, compliance, and other specialty areas.

In addition to these responsibilities, corporate paralegals provide key support to the Company’s Compliance program, including assisting with third‑party due diligence, logging and synthesizing investigation data, supporting policy governance, helping develop and deliver training, and reviewing conflicts of interest and gift disclosures.

Corporate paralegals at Revlon are integrated into substantive, high‑level work from their first week. Under the guidance of senior attorneys, this role offers deep exposure to domestic and international corporate law, corporate governance, strategic transactions, litigation, investigations, and compliance operations.
