Location: This is a fully on-site role based in New York City, offering daily collaboration with attorneys and deal teams in a fast-paced, high-caliber environment.
Note: Must have prior paralegal experience in securities and/or general corporate law and a completed BA/BS degree.

Job Description- Assist with company formations, entity management, and ongoing corporate compliance
- Support venture capital financings for private companies, including deal coordination and closings
- Provide transactional support for mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and related corporate matters
- Assist with IPO and other securities offering support as needed
- Help administer stock incentive and equity programs, including securities compliance components
- Draft and manage transaction documents, checklists, signatures, and closing materials
- Maintain organized records and manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience as a paralegal in securities and/or general corporate law
- BA/BS degree required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing shifting priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
