A leading global law firm with a prominent commercial real estate practice is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join its New York team. The firm advises institutional investors, developers, and lenders on complex real estate transactions, offering hands-on work on high-value matters and a hybrid schedule for work‑life balance.

• Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and NYC zoning reports; prepare summaries and identify key issues
• Draft and manage title and survey documents, including objection letters, estoppel certificates, easements, and releases
• Coordinate UCC, tax lien, and bankruptcy searches; prepare post‑closing deliverables and diligence summaries
• Support all stages of commercial real estate transactions, including closings, purchase and sale agreements, and

• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, preferably in a top-tier or global law firm
• Strong knowledge of New York real estate law, title, surveys, zoning, and commercial leases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organized with multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines; paralegal certification preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe

• Salary range: $100,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
• Exposure to high‑value, complex commercial real estate transactions with institutional clients
