Position OverviewWorking on large-scale and complex real estate deals across the country, our real estate team guides clients through every stage of their project. As a real estate associate at Brownstein, you will have the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients, collaborate with top talent and further your own career through leadership and professional development opportunities.

- Drafting and negotiating real estate transactions, including finance, leasing, development, and joint venture agreements.
- Supporting clients on complex deals with sophisticated market participants.
- Collaborating with team members and senior attorneys to deliver high‑quality work.
- JD required.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Excellent drafting skills, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong academic performance and ability to work in a team environment.
Base Pay Range: $235,000 – $290,000 per year (dependent on experience). Associates are eligible for hour‑based bonuses.
