Position Overview

Working on large-scale and complex real estate deals across the country, our real estate team guides clients through every stage of their project. As a real estate associate at Brownstein, you will have the opportunity to work with sophisticated clients, collaborate with top talent and further your own career through leadership and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating real estate transactions, including finance, leasing, development, and joint venture agreements.
  • Supporting clients on complex deals with sophisticated market participants.
  • Collaborating with team members and senior attorneys to deliver high‑quality work.
Qualifications
  • JD required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Excellent drafting skills, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong academic performance and ability to work in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Pay Range: $235,000 – $290,000 per year (dependent on experience). Associates are eligible for hour‑based bonuses.
