Working on large-scale and complex real estate deals across the country, our real estate team guides clients through every stage of their project. 3–5 years

• Drafting and negotiating real estate transactions, including finance, leasing, development, and joint venture agreements.
• Supporting clients on complex deals with sophisticated market participants.
• Collaborating with team members and senior attorneys to deliver high‑quality work.

• JD required.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Excellent drafting skills, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong academic performance and ability to work in a team environment.

Base Pay Range: $235,000 – $290,000 per year (dependent on experience). Associates are eligible for hour‑based bonuses.
