We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, deliver exceptional counsel, and have a proven track record of success in employment law, we want to hear from you.

• Provide day‑to‑day support and legal advice to internal clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
• Advise on discipline and terminations, leaves and accommodations, policy questions, and state & federal law compliance, staying current on legal developments.
• Draft employment agreements, separation agreements, and related documents; manage outside counsel on employment litigation matters and administrative charges.
• Build strong relationships and serve as a strategic partner to the business, providing practical risk‑mitigation advice.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
• At least 7 years of experience practicing employment law in‑house and at a law firm.>
• Strong research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Some experience supporting other markets (Canada & Latin America) preferred.

The base salary range is $175,000 – $275,000 USD, depending on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
