Personal Injury Attorney

The Person al Injury Attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing legal advice and representation to clients, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, preparing and presenting cases in court, and collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals.

• Strong understanding of law and legal procedures
• Experience in personal injury law
• Ability to provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• 3+ years of experience practicing law in a personal injury law firm
• Experience with trial preparation and litigation is a plus
• Candidate must be fluent in English & Spanish
