Senior Real Estate Attorney

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Attorney with 8 years experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate transactions,

A strong background in negotiating and closing deals across various asset classes such as office, retail, and mixed-use properties is essential. The team are made up of highly experienced individuals many of which have made the move from Big Law environments.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers in their highly-regarded Real Estate practice in New York. The team is known for providing a collegial and supportive environment, providing opportunities to develop increasing levels of responsibility, including participating in matters generated through firms wider network.

• Experienced Real Estate Attorney at Counsel level (8 years+ experience)
• Sophisticated experience in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Being comfortable working across various asset classes and sectors
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills

• Salary offered up to $370,000 per annum
