SummaryOur client’s Corporate practice group seeks a class of M&A Associate with experience representing sponsors and private and public companies in M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating transactional documents, and coordinating with internal and external specialists. Experience managing deal teams is a plus. Our client’s M&A team has a long track record of leading sophisticated mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations.
Our clients are public and private companies; private equity, hedge and sovereign wealth funds and their portfolio companies; boards of directors; shareholders; and individual investors.
- Candidate must exhibit the following characteristics: future-focused, diversity-minded, dedicated to excellence, service-oriented and collaborative.
