Job Description
  • Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel on real estate and M&A matters.
  • Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes impacting real estate and M&A practices.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Support business development initiatives through legal advice and client engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in New York or eligibility to practice law in the state.
  • Experience in real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • A detail‑oriented and client‑focused approach to work.
