Job Description- Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters, including compliance and regulatory issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment‑related agreements and contracts.
- Represent clients in employment‑related litigation and administrative proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare detailed reports or memoranda.
- Advise on policies and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Collaborate with clients to address workplace investigations and disputes.
- Stay informed on changing labor and employment laws and regulations.
Provide support in training sessions and workshops on employment law topics.

The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Strong background in labor and employment law within the Professional Services industry.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client interaction.
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated on legal trends.
- Competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 USD.
- Up to 29 days of paid time off after one full calendar year of full‑time employment.
