• Play a hands-on role in litigation matters from initial assessment through final outcome
• Work across a range of dispute forums, including federal and state courts as well as arbitration proceedings
• Perform in-depth legal research and prepare persuasive briefs, motions, and other advocacy focused filings
• Oversee all aspects of discovery, from planning and document review through depositions and related applications
• Assist with and take part in oral advocacy, hearings, and court appearances
• Partner closely with senior lawyers and clients to shape and implement effective case strategies
• Manage competing deadlines across multiple active matters

• 2-3 years litigation experience ideally in media and/or IP
• A highly analytical litigator with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to produce clear, well-reasoned written work
• A self-directed lawyer who takes ownership of matters, manages priorities effectively, and drives work forward independently
• A team-oriented professional who contributes positively to a supportive and collaborative working environment
• Someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving, demanding practice and willing to be hands-on when required
• A genuine interest in culture, media, and content, with an awareness of the industries shaping them
• Admission to NY State Bar
• Clerkship experience is a plus
