• JD from a top‑tier law school.
• 9+ years of experience in securities law, with deep knowledge of public company regulations, securities offerings, and corporate governance.
• Strong experience with SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Section 16 reporting (Forms 3, 4, and
  5).
• Proven ability in drafting proxy statements, board resolutions, and corporate governance documents.
• Experience with broker‑dealer, FINRA, investment adviser, or fund formation is a plus.
• NY Bar admission required.
